Your thirst for the Word

The more you read the Bible, the more you will thirst for it. And vice versa.

The Bible is God’s Word. It is God speaking to us. It is our one source of truth, and essential to our spiritual growth. If the Bible is not central to our faith, we have nothing to stand on, and at best we will forever stay in spiritual infancy. At worst, our faith falters completely.

So it follows naturally that we need to get to know the Bible if we want to understand God better, and to grow spiritually. And how do we do that?
